Fast, stable training shoe 

The Nike Zoom Fly 5 can also be seen as the training version of the infamous Nike ZoomX Vaporfly NEXT%. This fast training shoe is sturdy, resilient and completely ready to improve records. The differences from its predecessor are mainly found in the midsole. 

Responsive flexibility 

The new ZoomX foam in the midsole takes a respected, familiar shoe to a higher level than the Zoom Fly 4. This makes for a lighter, more responsive shoe. Both the forefoot and heel have a slightly wider base, which in turn provides ample stability. 

Firm, sock-like fit

The upper is made of a light-weight mesh for soft comfort. This material also adapts well to your foor and is well ventilated. You step into a sock, as it were, thanks to the elastic Nike Flyknit technology around the collar. Putting this shoe on and off is also remarkably smooth.
